Around Argeles-Gazost, Luz-Saint-Sauveur and Bagneres-de-Bigorre you can make a serious loop without wasting time. The road between Aubisque and Soulor is one to remember: cliffs, views and enough narrow bits to keep you awake. In spring and autumn, always check if the higher passes are actually open.
